Development of a large-scale decentralized ecosystem SPC (Single Property Chain), which will allow in the future to bring to the new level the whole procedure of buying housing for citizens and all participants of the real estate market online .
SPC is a zero-based crypto platform for the real estate market around the world on DAG technology with issue, trade and exchange of its own tokens, created by housing market participants. Your company's token will help you to take a worthy place in the international arena of real estate services - from crowdfunding to loyalty programs, voting and other.
The creation of their own token by companies will be by voting, which will allow to exclude SCAM companies at the SPC platform, where users will be able not only to vote for the project, but also to get both the corresponding crypto-asset and the ability to trade it, thus transferring the benefits of ownership of the asset to other users. At the same time, if while working on the platform, this company has acted badly, users who voted for the release of the token, will lose their reputation by means of a special token. SPC will handle thousands of transactions per second with minimal commissions, at the expense of the large number of nodes in the network (DAG technology), which functions as a network of interconnected branches growing outwards in multiple directions. Transactions can be confirmed much faster, remaining decentralized, as each node confirms only the previous one. The global SPC ecosystem is a collection of simultaneous tools, which work is based on algorithms and smart contracts that operate clearly according to a set of internal rules.
Single Property Chain will be based on the main principles of work:

- Secure storage of user data and facilities (Information is encrypted with a unique key, to which only the owner has access. Therefore for display of the saved information there can only be the one, who loaded it into SPC).

- Resolution of disputes by consensus by DAG algorithm;

- Transparency of all processes that ecosystem users always have access to;

- Impact of ecosystem participants on SPC life and scaling.

The internal Single Property Chain payment instrument will be an SPC coin.
